Duration: Full-time Location: Miami, FL/ Zip Code: 33128 Compensation: Depend on Experience Role: Senior Data Warehouse Analyst Need someone with Srtong CRM Skills Role Description: The Senior Data Warehouse Analyst would need to have at least 3 years of experience. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experts in their field with access to leading edge technologies in a collaborative team environment working on systems which challenge creativity while providing excellent professional development. The Candidate must be an experienced Sr. Data Warehouse Programmer to develop Operational Data Store, Enterprise Warehouse, and Data mart solutions. This candidate must have full life cycle development experience, which includes: technical design through operational implementation. Candidate must have prior experience implementing Data Warehouse/Data mart applications, which incorporates extraction, data transformation, loading processes, along with advanced database back-end. Preference is given to a candidate possessing a background in Universal Data Modeling (methodology), high volume batch processing, and business intelligence tools/solutions. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines, while maintaining and improving quality of deliverables and must be able to keep abreast of changes in system technology and tools. Candidate will also be an energetic team player who is able to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly and effectively both orally and in writing. Responsibilities: - Candidate will enjoy and thrive in dynamic and collaborative team centric environment. - Responsible for design, coding, unit testing, systems testing, debugging, and creating the appropriate technical documentation for Data Warehouse business application solutions. - During the construction phase, employee will follow defined Client programming methodologies/ concepts. - Responsibilities also include monitoring/supporting Data Warehouse Heat and ClearQuest business cases. This includes coordinating efforts between impacted IS departments. - Responsibilities also include performing the required assessments and level of efforts for assigned tasks/projects deliverables. - Responsibilities also include supporting the Data Warehouse weekly on call rotation. - Responsible for developing Data Warehouse/Datamarts application solutions, which incorporate back-end extraction processes, data transformation, and load processing. - Support required high volume batch, and recovery processes. - Attend required staff, project/project management, lifecycle, and organization meetings. - Responsible for supporting/creating required SDM artifacts in accordance with Clients Systems Design Methodology (SDM). - Complete/present clear and concise weekly statuses to assigned Warehouse Team Lead. - Completes time entry, and enterprise management tool required tasks in a timely manner. - Attend quarterly Data Warehouse PMO, Warehouse Standards, Peer Code, Deployment, and Sarbanes Oxley reviews. - Must communicate technical and non-technical information clearly, concisely, and effectively both orally and in writing. Requirements: - Must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Information Technology. - 3+ years of experience Data Modeling. - 3+ years of developing Shell scripts. - 5+ years of experience developing on Oracle databases, PL/SQL programming, recent experience developing on Oracle 10G. - 5+ years of experience developing in UNIX. - 5+ years of experience developing Informatica, recent Informatica version 8/9 experience. - 5+ years of experience with TOAD. - 2+ years utilizing UDM. - Must have 5 to 7 years full life cycle development experience. - Must have the ability to write technical software design documentation. - Must be able to grasp new concepts and quickly integrate them into the development process. - Must have strong people skills and be able to communicate technical and non-technical information effectively both oral and written and be comfortable working in a collaborative team centric environment. Desired Skills: - Preference will be given to candidates with 5+ years of Data Warehousing/Data Mart/Business Intelligence implementation experience. - Experience with a consumer based CRM application utilizing customer recognition, de-duplication, and standardization algorithms a plus. Master Data Management (MDM)/ Customer Data Hub (CDH) experience a plus. - A bachelors degree and professional certifications in Informatica and/or Oracle are required, or equivalent related technical experience.
